Rainy Day Fun, the Color White, and the Letter "W"

It's so much fun being back at school!!  And two days of rain made for lots of indoor activities...which made for many photo opportunities!

We always love creating structures!

We created art with crayons.

We created snowflakes by gluing craft sticks together.

We found sticks and a rock and created a "dragon skeleton" with our Pre-K friends.

More awesome structures!

Look at our amazing snowflakes!  Just like real ones, no two are alike!

Now there's sand in the Science Center.
We added water to make it easy to shape.
It's so much fun!

The letter "W" bin and the color "white" bag have been so much fun to work with!
"W" is our letter of the week.  White is our color of the month.

Building more structures!

When our snowflakes were dry, we painted them white with our hands.

We used some of the sand from the sand table (before we got it wet) to create sand art.

"I made fish glasses!"
Our fish blocks are so much fun!

Working hard on another puzzle!

Ocean Life puzzle competed!

We had fun making all kinds of structures with the fish blocks.

More super fun sand art!

It's so much fun to create art at the easel.

Creation Station is a blast!

It's so much fun playing with friends in the Home Center.

We found worms, a great letter "W" word, at the basketball court after it had rained.
We rescued them from on top of the concrete and gently put them in the grass.
