Week of April 24, 2017

We create with snap blocks.

We cut and painted big flowers.

We created the letter B.

We popped bubbles and practiced the letter B sound.

We worked with pink play dough.

We used tongs to pick up insects.

We matched shapes.

We build amazing structures.

We love the playground.

We cut stems and leaves for our flowers.

We glued them together.

We created art with shaving cream and paint.

We review concepts with folder games.

We cut a HUGE letter B.

We put letter B black and blue paper on our HUGE letter B.

We measured classroom toys.

We cut out bees.

We drew lines and an eye on our bees.

Week of April 17, 2017

We take turns being the calendar helper during Circle Time.

We are learning about insects.

The ladybug is listening to the ladybug story.

We create art in Creation Station.

The playground is so much fun!

We cut grass. Look for it on our bulletin board.

We stay hydrated.

The train is a big hit this week.

We pretend to be Mr. Potato Head.

We colored the letter "I" while we sang a letter "I" song.

We cut the letter "I" while we practiced the letter "I" sound.

We cut out butterfly shapes. Butterflies are symmetrical.

We put paint on half of the butterfly, folded it over, and smooshed it creating symmetrical butterflies.
