| When we were walking back from the playground we heard a noise. It was a red headed woodpecker! Yay for the color red! We stood below and watched it for a long time. |

| We are starting to learn about community helpers. The first helpers we're learning about are fire fighters. We're painting a HUGE box red to make our own fire truck. |
