Hearts, Fine Motor Fun, Rainbow Paper and More!

Love is in the air...or at least lots of hearts are!
What a great start to our week!

We used our alligator tongs to pick up puff balls and put them into ice trays.

"I see you!"

Number Train puzzle completed!

We love playing with letter "V" objects.

We love playing with our color "Red" objects.

Artists at work.

We practiced the letter "V" in our journals.

Mat Man is now hanging out in the Writing Center!

We created yummy meals in the Home Center.

We cut heart shapes.

"We are cutting...we are cutting...

...cut, cut, cut...cut, cut, cut."  We love our cutting song!

We put marbles on golf tees and used our fingers to draw in salt.
Fine Motor Fun!!

We created amazing Duplo structures.

We painted our hearts red, our color of the month.

"...paint, paint, paint..."  Our painting song is a lot like our cutting song.

"Mat Man has one head...Mat Man has two eyes..."
The Mat Man song is awesome, too!

Leo the Lobster has half an orange for a nose!

"...paint, paint, paint..."

Playground Fun!

"We are painting, we are painting..."

Mat Man says, "Howdy!"

Our hearts turned out great!

We used our fingers to draw with and mix paint that was in a Zip Lock bag.
We used watercolor to paint hearts.

Snap blocks are so much fun!

It's fun to make barbells with snap blocks.
Getting stronger every day!

We know what cats say!

We created art using shaving cream and food coloring.
We dripped food coloring on the shaving cream.
Sometimes we stirred it up, sometimes we didn't.
Look at our different results!

This is with no stirring.

This is with stirring.
We have big plans for our beautiful paper.
