With the beginning of October, we've begun learning all about orange. I read a book about orange during circle time. During centers we used our hands to paint a big piece of paper orange. We also worked with orange objects in shaving cream. We even fed our temporary classroom pet guinea pig, Rosie, orange carrots! It was a really orange day!
I had my orange day too! I wrapped butcher paper on our table and let the kids go nuts with textured stamp pads! Then, I replaced our Yellow play dough bucket for Orange play dough and new tools. It was a blast! (thanks to your inspiration!)
